【慳時間環節】Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sandwich

今日起身做家務,懶得煮嘢~摷吓冰箱,見到上次留咗幾盒嘅 Pulled Pork ,攞出黎叮熱佢,攞埋就嚟過期嘅麵包,仲有一個九十年代已經喺我屋企嘅 George Foreman Grill 電烤爐出嚟,夾個 Grilled Cheese Sandwich 出黎食。(我好似都係第一次用個呢個電烤爐整 Grilled Cheese Sandwich)





太耐無用個爐,要少少時間適應,所以開咗佢放放喺度好快就好熱啦。夾咗麵包放埋芝士 (芝士面朝上,等啲豬肉汁流落個麵度)即刻放上個 grill度,兩分鐘後打開,佢已經金黃色,但係啲芝士都仲未溶,我怕個麵包會太黑,所以即刻熄爐由得啲餘溫整溶啲芝士,唔洗五分鐘就搞掂了~



呢個 Grilled Cheese Sandwich 當然可以用最傳統嘅火腿加芝咗做啦~
